Margin is an iPhone app for independent contractors and home service businesses. There is no Margin account, and CoreFeld operates no service that holds your business records.

What stays on your iPhone

Your business profile, your clients, and your jobs, including line items, cost estimates, tax rates, notes, due dates, deposit and payment records, follow-up dates, and closed quote status, are stored in the app on your phone. Margin does not upload them, and CoreFeld receives no copy.

No tracking, no analytics, no advertising

Margin contains no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking software. It does not build a profile of you or of your clients. CoreFeld does not sell, rent, or share personal data, and does not use it to train machine-learning models.

What you share, you choose to share

Quotes, invoices, CSV reports, workspace backups, and reminder drafts leave your phone only when you use the iOS share sheet, and you choose the destination.

• A quote or invoice PDF contains the business and client details, line items, tax, totals, notes, and, on an invoice, the payment history and remaining balance. It does not contain your private cost estimates or profit.
• A CSV report contains your costs, profit, client names, and payment history. Treat it as confidential business information.
• A workspace backup contains your complete workspace, including private costs. Keep it somewhere you control.

CoreFeld never receives any of these files. Sending a document or a reminder is an action you take in the share sheet, not a transmission through CoreFeld.

Subscriptions

Apple processes the Margin Pro purchase, including payment, renewals, and refunds. CoreFeld does not receive your card details. To unlock Pro, Margin asks Apple whether a current, verified subscription exists for this Apple account. That check is the app's only contact with the App Store, and it does not send Apple your business records.

Device backups

If you back up your iPhone, the app's data can be included in that backup under your own Apple settings. CoreFeld does not control, receive, or have access to your device backups.

Children

Margin is a business tool intended for adults. It is not directed to children, and CoreFeld does not knowingly collect information from children.

Delete your data

Deleting the app removes its workspace from your phone. If you want a copy first, open Settings in the app and prepare a workspace backup. Because CoreFeld holds no server copy of your records, there is nothing to request from us and nothing left behind after you remove the app. Deleting the app does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes in a way that affects what Margin collects or how it is used, the updated notice will be posted at this address with a new date.
